I live in Louzyanna, but usually have no weather related issues with the hurricanes. I'm in North La about 70 miles east of Vicksburg. We got more off of Gustav than Katrina up here. That's the first time I remember us getting anything more than a little heavier than normal rainfall from a hurricane in years.

And no, I haven't been to sleep yet. I can't sleep. So I'm still up trying to locate other employment opportunities. And it's pissing me off that I can't find where to apply for my parish's 911 Center. I think OPPJ (Ouachita Parish Police Jury) handles it but I can't find proof that they do and I've found where it's been linked to other government departments so I'm not sure. Ugh....

I need sleep.

That's where I've been. There's an app on there to fill out (it's old...the copyright on it is 2002...wtf?) When I try to submit, it gives me an error. Bah!

Psych class or Philosphy? Interesting guy. We covered him a bit when I took psych and critical thinking, and a brief bit in a western civ class. If it wasn't 10 years ago and a bunch of mental rust, I'd help ya, but all that knowledge is slowly being forgotten.
