And for many companies, they move to the latest and greatest productivity software as soon as it's available. Hell, we've been planning and preparing for our Office 2010 tech preview rollout for months and plan to have it available to all users, along with Windows 7, by year's end.

Check out Intelligent Converters. They have stuff that will convert .pdf's back to .doc, .txt, or .html.
