That's what I call a "fitness forum".

Exhibit A: "I went to the gym today, and worked on my Pecs".

Exhibit B: " I was banging this cute little midget today. We were going doggy style, with her head out the window of my car, when I accidentally got my toe hooked in the power window button, and damn near cut her head off".

See what I mean?
