If you are typing fast, it will actually autocorrect after hitting the return button, right before it fires the TXT off. It's annoying when you are typing in a hurry.

I leave mine on because it's a work phone and I use it for work e-mails. It's useful when typing up e-mails but a PITA when TXTng.

On my bb it doesn't do anything but underline the word in text. On emails its asks me when it goes thru spell check.

you can change the settings on bb to do it automatically or other ways of autocorrect. There is flexibility in the settings for BB. It's the same on Android. It can either do it auto or just recommend changes.

Rite. It does do it on some. It's part of the custom dictionary.
