Hell, we still have the tube tv my husband bought for himself as a teenager as our only tv. It's 11 years old and still cranking. It shows the 2 hours worth of sitcoms that we watch a week just fine.  |

Before I married I didn't have a TV and my dad bought me a little 17". I put it in the closet.
He just bought me a 40" Samsung flat screen something or other because I wasn't going to have a TV in my new place now either. This TV is for my son to watch, otherwise it would be in the closet too. I'm not sure why people that don't like or watch TV make other people uncomfortable.
