Uhg, Body change?
Okay, so i work out
push ups,pulls ups, Crunches, Palties with adjustable bands And i also use a punching bag But this has only gotten my body "Leaner" And i can only powerlift*from the ground over my head* 110Lb*also limited by my back* i want atleast 190Lb I just need mostly in my arms an torso i want my arms a little bit larger and a flatter stomach *i look OKAY with out a shirt but i want to be fucking awesome!* And i like how my legs look now. . . So any advice on how i can do get a litter better by about June? IDK if a Dun bell would be okay since about 80Lb it starts compressing my back *and it FUCKING HURTS* Soo something like what i already do, but thats going to build muscle? the palaties(SP) thing is one that you lay on and it has 4 bands and an incline i have shortened the bands and on the top hole. Seriously im fit, i mean i can walk on my hands and crawl up stuff with out my legs, but i just dont like the way i "look" . .. . to scrawny
