If you don't mind a 'wheelgun', try the Ruger SuperRedhawk in 44 Remington Mag. Get the 9 1/2" Stainless setup (comes with scope rings). Everyone should own a piece of hand artillery...
 It shouldn't feel 'small', even to you.
