Sounds like she had a formal complaint to me, esp. to the dicks that yelled at her for apparently no reason instead of calmy asking to stop I mean wtf grow up. The sheiriffs response doesn't make sense to what she even typed out. I wondering if he even read it. His whole reply was "how good he was", but her complaint had nothing to do with her "being inconvienced", but that some in the procession were causing danger on the road.

I agree to some extent. In my opinion she sounds like a shrill annoying suburbanite commonly found around here and I would probably find her to be an annoying person, however once you put your own personal feelings aside and look at the text an altercation took place between this women and two men. The funeral procession for the soldier is irrelevant.
Someones funeral does not entitle you to threaten someone.
The Sheriff's response, while understandable was not appropriate and unprofessional.
