You are stupid! You need a calibration disc to do it right! Some blue ray movies come with the programming on them or I believe that you can burn one off the net. Trying to use someone else's calibration settings is as smart as trying to use a different guy's suspension settings. They may get you close but they aren't going to be perfect for you and your viewing situation. There are multiple factors involved, including but not limited to, room lighting, viewing angle, viewing distance, source material, etc. Oh but I'm sure that you knew that, right?
