He didn't "only" get probation, he also got a felony conviction. That means no more votes, guns, or good jobs. When you murder someone on video you can count on a huge bail amount if bail is granted at all. That likely means being held in jail from the time of the shooting until your trial is complete. That process can take months even if the process moves quickly or over a year if it does not.
I'm not sure what I would do, but if I did decide to grease the fucker I'd find a way that was less obvious than this. The probation, conviction, and jail issues fade away if the cops can't prove it was you. |
