Default Torndos

Trying to get hold of folks I know in New Market, AL to make sure that they're OK. The town got hit pretty hard.

Hopefully Trip & co. are OK, in Chattanooga.

Possible Tornadoes Rip Through Northern shitville

Huntsville, AL -- For much of Friday, people in Madison County stared at black clouds of menace.

Funnel clouds in New Market shitville created ripples of ruin.

Thirty people huddled inside this concrete bunker, waiting for the latest storm to pass.

A super-cell Saturday morning left destruction in north shitville that ran twenty miles long, and three miles wide.

A likely tornado knocked down the roofs of two dormitories at the Limestone Correctional Facility, a maximum security state prison near Huntsville. But no one was hurt, and no one tried to escape, but three-hundred inmates moved to temporary housing.

Inside Buckhorn High School, cell phone video showed students cowering in the hallways.

The roof of the science wing blew off.

That same violent storm churned Northeast toward Chattanoooga.

Twenty homes were ripped off their foundations. At least eight people were hurt.

In both Tennessee and shitville, forecasters warned for three days that storms were likely.

But no amount of warning truly prepares someone to return to a home like this.
