You have to unscrew the whole jet to get to it. You won't see it if you just take the needle out of it. The screens could be clogged, missing, or have holes. And Gasman is right about the float level. CBR's run great with the right fuel level and carb balance. In my view, the Haynes manual is better than the Honda factory manual. |
