It's a small Italian firm that made hugely successful 50cc GP bikes for a while, and even had some success with larger bikes, and for some reason theowner just decided to make a 1000cc, v-8 road-going bike. It bombed.

Might have had something to do with the service schedule (pack it up in the provided crate and ship it back to Italia). Never made it to production.
