Truth is, if it's really fresh, I like sashimi... but I do like some of the more exotic (read: Americanized) rolled sushi as well.
If you get over to Dallas some time, you need to get Charlie & Cass to take you to the sushi place they took Adam and myself.
The rolls are wild and the variety of flavors and textures is amazing.

Now just wait a damn minute. I live 5 hours from Cass & would be more apt to make a trip that way & you don't give me the suggestion???
