The place you rent looks really nice , though is pretty much "unobtainable" for the average employee in this area (the median household income is around 50k in this area).

Don't worry...I'm not even up till 9-9:30. We caught some of the afternoon traffic while we were up there, but it's nothing like down here. There's about 1.8 million less people in the Asheville area than there is in Broward county.

Thanks! We did some research on the area. We saw the figures...looks like we're gonna be the "rich" people in the area. Aside from houses, vehicles, guns, and computers/gadgets, we're pretty modest.
