Deal made with the salesman and manager when I bought it, if it needs to come in, they pick it up and drop it off at my house. It works great so far. I may be without the bike for a day or two longer than if they were in town, but no worries about getting a ride from and to the dealership.

First thing I thought when I saw the thread title was, "anyone who owns a Buell"
