How do you mouse over thumbnails and make the larger image show up??

Imageready has an easy generator that does that...comes with Photoshop

thanks guys, i'll pass the info along. its for my friend is trying to finish up her assignment for school. Figured someone here would know since we are a resourceful bunch!
