GPS phones as safety?
Anyone got a GPS-enabled cell phone that can be tracked from a website? Would you consider giving someone access to find your position while you're off on a solo ride somewhere?
I told my wife how to use the "Find my iPhone" feature online if I'm way overdue after a solo ride. It's not foolproof (my phone has to be on and functional), but it seems like a bit of added safety. |

I found an app for my droid that is web site based. I need to set it up so I and others can use. Thinking of giving my super secret location to a hobo.
