Buying Problems?
I decided to buy those A* boots off of WERA boards a couple weeks back. I sent my payment out on the 14th and he recieved it on the 16th. He sent me a message saying that he would ship out the next day and send a tracking number. So that would be the 17th. It is now March 1st, and I have no boots and no tracking number. I have now sent 1 private message, and posted once on his classefied thread asking for an update or a tracking number. Nothing.... The dude lives in Wisconsin. Thats 3 day shipping at maximum to ohio.
So when it it acceptable timing to start badgering him with messages, and when is it acceptable timing to go to Paypal asking for my money back. This is pissing me off......

If he would have stayed in contact, that's one thing. I mean, life happens. But, to just fall off the face of the earth... bad move. I usually give about a week

Yea... I'll be sending a few messages. And I have his email address too. I'd just like even the littlest bit of contact, because I really like these boots. If not im going to save up a little bit and get something with a little more torsional control for the track.

Haha, I was there when the guy sent a deposit, then magically the bike was sold to somebody else. That somebody else ended up being the sellers friend, who then turned around and sold the bike 2 days later. And the seller had no phone or internet for weeks.
Mongo is a giant cock. I don't like how he dealt with the whole switch to weraclassefieds. It was kinda like you either race wera or fuck you, don't let the door hit you on the way out. Granted, the new wera classefieds are completely reasonable in price, and make finding things much easier.
