I would guess the c-pap is the end result of the doc thinking he had sleep apnea. That will get your medical certification pulled regardless of whether you have a private or commercial license.

He should be kicked out of practice if "thinking" he had sleep apnea caused him to "diagnose" him with sleep apnea. The only way to diagnose someone with that is via a sleep study.
