Found this on the SV forum...
"Put bike on swingarm stand (if you have one). Loosen the top (and just the top) triple clamp pinch bolts that clamp around the fork tubes as well as the handlebar pinch bolts if you've got the GSX-R clip-ons that are indexed to the top triple clamp. Stand in front of bike with front tire between your knees. Grab the handlebars (and hope the index attachment to the top triple clamp allows you to put a bit of force on them without them spinning on the fork tube). Force handlebars in the direction needed to make things straight. Tighten 'er up." |
