another thing I miss from up north is Pork Roll. Breakfast samwiches are just not the same without it.
And scrapple needs to be cooked in THIN slices and it crisps up and is great with eggs and ketchup. The one funky PA Dutch "treat" that I have tried and think is NASTY is Souse. so gross!

My father went crazy trying to find some taylor ham when we first moved here. Took him close to a year to track a place down that supplies it. If you have a Publix by you try checking them out, that's where we found it.
