naw... PRE inspection... they'll come in and tell me I have to paint the walls or some shit... so they do that a couple weeks in advance. my final inspection will be on like the 3rd or so

That's what I get from their reasoning anyway.
Lasik scars your eye lid. The fear is that it can be knocked loose during combat situations due to the surrounding scar tissue being weaker or healed improperly.

Up here, they allow us to do it. We must use our own vacation time for healing up. If any complications arise, it is our own fault and the military is not responsible.
