As long as I can't push it back in then I'm not strangulated right?

Ok, the pain at this point is very mild and annoying. I guess I should avoid heavy lifting and jiu jitsu for a while eh?

Had and still have one for years.
Doesn't hurt, doesn't bother me, still lifting heavy. |

Had one the size of a silver dollar and had it repaired using laproscopy. I have absolutely no scarring because of this method, so I would suggest you use that (though it is more $$$ if you are paying out of pocket). The cost was around 5-6 grand and I had to pay about 500-600 for the PPO plan I had at the time. The mesh makes your intestines "tight" and a tad harder to breathe. It took me 6 months to breathe normally again, though I do alot of lifting in the core area so I push it hard. You also heal much faster using the laproscopic method. I was lifting heavy again after 6 weeks.
Hernias should be soft and be able to push back in. If its hard as you say, it could be the missing other 2 inches from your 3 inch penis. ![]()
