i've always had insurance but have never gone to the doctor for sickness....i usually just try and fight it. Lots of vitamins. As much as it sucks when sick, exercizeing helps me.

Dont forget zyrtec is over the conter now too
Seems the real runny nose has stopped and its just the thick congestion. Hopefulyl were nearing the end of it. Mon night I may take something to help me breather and pop a few ambiens so I can get a solid 8 or 9 hrs of sleep. Tom |

So that just means that it'll take it longer to do it's job? The OTC is 5mgs BTW....

And with my sucky luck I had to go to the bronx to work today. I think theres about 100 guys on site. Mostly laborers for snow removal and a few carpenters.
