I wondered if that stuff did any good. I've never taken it, myself. I travel a lot for work and you can see people popping Airborne (sp?) like candy on the long international flights.

The only thing that bothers me about it is I haven't found a way to capitalize on the paranoia myself. Maybe the world's ready for ZinC. Vitamin C and Zinc - take internally for colds, externally for burns.

I have issues with the carpal bones in my wrists. They've hurt for 5+yrs. I've finally decided to care.

Had my 1st session today, holy HELL it still hurts.
