I don't generally eat food that rich but it just goes to show that eating out can be very bad for you.

this is why I like sushi.

People act like PF Chang is healthier..........Yet most "Americanized" Chinese food is pretty unhealthy because of being deep-fried. Also they barely give you any veggies anymore, just meat and rice. Unless you call a handful of green onions veggies.

The chocolate mixed with non fat milk is delicious and only 140 cal per serving. You can still eat well and not weigh 400lbs.
This just sounds way too healthy for me. I don't eat crap but this is a bit over board with the skim milk. Ugh, whole milk or 2%, both have to be shook well as they are not homogenized.

I do my own stir fry at home or go to a Japanese Hibachi to eat...Rice is good for you too.

I don't eat too much fast food. I like keeping my bad cholesterol at 51.
