What's your point dude?

What if those snowballs would've had Anthrax, nuclear warheads, AIDS balloons or rabid chimpanzees in them?

I'm sorry, did the article mention that the officer got hit with a rockball/iceball? Tell me homeslice, where on the use of force model does an iceball rate? Above pepper spray maybe, but I bet it's BELOW A FUCKING GUN. And if my car gets hit by a snowball containing a rock I'll be pissed, sure, but instead of brandishing a deadly weapon at a bunch of college kids I'll probably call USAA and get my paint touched-up. Of course, I'm not heap big bad-ass cop, maybe that would make me be douchy-er about it like this asshole was. Plus, like Kaneman said, I pull a gun out and wave it at a bunch of kids, I'm getting slapped with a felony. How well do you think "They threw iceballs at my car!" will rate as a defense?

Pretty obvious what my point is............What would you do?

I remember several of you bragging about retaliating on cagers by punching their mirrors off, putting dents in their door, or even worse, dropping ball bearings or rolls of quarters behind you, which could result in a serious accident pretty easily. So don't act like you're innocent of uncontrolled emotions.

Why would it? Unless of course they interviewed him to get his side of the story. Oh wait, they didn't.

Jesus, I'm just throwing out some what ifs, don't get your panties into a wad.

Yea I do that, I knock mirrors off, quite enjoy it too.....AFTER someone makes a deliberate action that could have resulted in my death. If I were in a fucking HUMMER and I got hit with a SNOWBALL....fuck man, nevermind, if you don't get it without a detailed explanation then you just aint gonna get it son.

ON TOP of that, I'm not a fucking cop man. I do not have a license to destroy lives at my discretion. I do not have power over anyone (except my wife cause I own her). Your comparisons are weak and they make Baby Jesus cry.

Yeah, I get it "son". Although personally if I felt my safety was at risk, I'd twist the throttle instead of taking the time to punch someone's mirror off.

Which scenario do you think is more likely, that he'll learn a lesson and never put riders at risk anymore, or that he'll hold a grudge against riders in general?

Honestly don't give a flying fuck as long as he has to pay to replace his mirror. You're never going to change anyone's mind set, people are who they are. Dickheads who would try to kill a motorcyclist in traffic, or even make a move suggesting they would do so are always going to be dickheads no matter what. Better they should recv some type of punishment, even if it is as small as having to replace the mirror on their Lexus.

I would call the cops, but I guarantee the cops around here would leave their guns in their holsters.
