Absolutely. In fact, Pam Anderson was the very first girl I ever stared at while I rubbed one out. And she's still gorgeous, just too much plastic surgery on her face for my tastes.

Its obvious you havent seen many fake titties. Theres RARELY any visible scars in modern surgeries. It also makes them round and firm, instead of squishy fat.

Dont get me wrong man, I realize there are some beautiful natural breasts out there. Im kinda overplaying it, I love fake, but I wont pass up a nice set of real either.

Problem is, very few women keep themselves in good enough shape to have nice breasts beyond 35. Once they start to turn into paper bags, they are unsightly.
