Golf was invented by a guy wearing a skirt, in a country that's known for its whisky. Sounds to me like he was hoping that someone could call him a fag, so that he could punch his lights out.

I can't sit an watch sports on TV or keep up with them.

I do like to play sports, although I don't play anything well and I like going to live games. It doesn't really matter what it is...football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, fights, racing.....pro or high school games or even little league.

The one I do stay away from is golf.

But...

I love me some frisbee golf! Ain't nothing like playing frisbee golf carrying an iced down 12 pack around the course!

What is it about frisbee golf that makes it such an activity to play drunk or herbally enhanced?

Because it's a safe sport to play while under the influence. The worse that can happen is a broken nose by someone throwing a frisbee at you and you didn't see it coming.

Usually if it doesn't involve engines, I don't watch. I don't dislike sports, I just don't actively seek them out. However there are times I can enjoy watching Baseball, football, basketball, boxing etc, but not much. Occasionally a team or an athlete will get my attention but it has never turned into a strong pull. My list of players that I enjoyed watching is short, but a few were Ali, Pistol Pete (when at LSU), Jim Clark, Suger Ray, Mark Donahue, Cale Yarbourgh, Petty and Pearson and anyone on a Motorcycle. I would probably rather watch paint dry than watch golf and would probably take golf over Bill Dance. But hey, thats just me.

If nobody's died doing it in the past year, it's not a sport, it's an activity.

The only type of athletic competition that actually holds my interest is something along these lines

I just don't see the point in most sports, and can't relate to rabid fans at all. In particular, I can't figure out why anybody thought it was a good idea to televise golf or baseball, unless it was to make people look forward to the excitement of the commercial breaks.

I don't enjoy watching most "ball" sports. I'll watch racing(foot, car, bicycle, you name it..), snowboarding, mma.

Myself and a friend of mine always start talking bike specs when people start talking about hockey. Then we agree to stfu if they stfu.
