anyone notice that if you get the G+ app for android it automatically syncs your phone 100% with G+? I took a photo and it showed in my private photo area.

Trying it out now, but it isnt seeming to load (or it takes a long time to load) my facebook feed. Let me know if it works for anyone else

Edit: Works fine, took a minute to get it going but its pretty neat, could use some tweaking to get it 100% but it works fine

Not quite malware, but its software design can be changed by the author after you installed it. I cant seem to find the original post where I posted it to delete it. I got it from lifehacker which up until now has been a pretty much trusted source


to remove if anyone has installed it:

Go to facebook privacy settings > Applications > Remove "Google Plus"
In Chrome, remove it from tools > Extensions
In Firefox, Tools > Addons

No, it prevents someone from sharing something you post via their status. If they want to post it in their status update, they have to share it themselves and there is no link back to you.

There are many ways around that if someone wanted to hurt you by putting something out there that you said but it still is a nice little feature.

I know some are calling it a Facebook killer but to me it looks more like Twitter on steroids or I hybrid of Facebook and Twitter. I haven't done too much with it yet but is seems alright so far. They took some things from both os those sites and tossed in some of there own toys. I will use it as well as the other two.

I don't see me dropping Facebook or Twitter anytime soon. I only check Myspace once every 8 months or so. Haven't checked on Hi5 in a long time (don't even know if that site is still up).

What features do people like on there that I should check out tonight?
