Nope. The "norton Featherbed" frame had more squared spars on the rear frametubes, and a double tube subframe, here's a pic:
It's not a matchless motor, either. Matchless had a side port exhaust, and a different transmission, like this:

Eh, um, not really.
I will give you guys a hint, this is something of an abnormal variant of this bike, most of them were used for something else.
