I'm interested. If I make it to the rally, I'll need them. I'll PM when I get home.

Ebbs, you consistently rock with your timely photos and advice.
How did you guys like them? I haven't really looked into luggage yet, but I know I want a set for my longer rides. I am the sort that like huge bags though. Hmmm |

the nice thing about these is you can expand them... they had WAY more than enough room... in the photo with my bike I've got a tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad and rain gear... strapped to the top of the bags... if your not camping you can rid all of that. also I had TONS of clothes... way more than I'd need on any other trip... I have 4 shirts away... had more than enough for any motorcycle trip... I packed like it was a vacation and not a motorcycle trip.
you shouldn't need any larger bags unless your going for 2 or 3 weeks camping and bring'n your own food... then... buy a diffrent bike ![]() I loved the bags... the rain covers were the only issue... but never had wet gear when using them... when USING them... ![]() |

Hey Quick, you interested in a big square tailbag? I have one that fits my large RF-1000, then expands upward another 2-3" with a zipper. Mesh pocket inside the lid, one small pocket inside on each side, and an outer pocket that zips shut. Got a couple big web straps around the entire bag with quick release connections, and a carry handle. It mounts using quick release connectors on straps with loop ends.

Not to highjack the thread but I am definitely interested in luggage carrying capability on my sports bike. I am thinking about riding around next summer and visiting family. Maybe 3 or 4 week long trip, maybe longer?
I haven't look into the subject so I don't know whats available and what my options are. Feel free to PM me anything for sale. I don't want to keep hoggin up his thread. ![]() If these aren't sold in a bit I may take em from ya. ![]() |
