Default So it started snowing.... and we were bored

These pics are from last weekend from the lil storm we had roll through north Georgia. We usually don't get this kind of weather here..... I guess this is that "global warming" our buddy Al Gore keeps preaching about

Anyways.... last sunday around 11am it started raining..... freezing rain. By around 12:30 or so it had turned into snow, and was coming down pretty good

Wasn't sticking a whole lot just yet except for the grass and cars. My cage was starting to slowly disappear, lol

Then a bunch or cardinals show up.... hadn't seen them in a long time

Keeps coming down harder and harder.... HUGE flakes, and it's all starting to stick

Soooo the street we live on has a big ass long hill, and we live right at the top of it. What to do, what to do....

IDEA! We find an old wheelchair in the crawlspace in the house.... it's go time

There goes the roomie Jered

There's me....

And me again.... wiping out, literally a second or two before I rolled it and did a faceplant into the snow, hahah

Jered took a lil detour into the bushes.... oops!

There's the hill.... it's a beast! Our house is right at the top of it

Then we go back to the house.... soaking wet. But we get another idea! There sits Jereds moms car....hmmm

Ohhh boy I have a bad feeling about this

Yikes!

LOL yea that went over well with her. We come inside and she says.... "so what were you guys doing out there?" We reply with a smirk... "nothing". She looks out her bedroom window.... "OMG there's a freakin penis on my car!". We had to go to the store and get some food, and we left it on there to see how long it would stay. It held on there pretty good, about halfway to the store it finally started sliding and broke

Then.... ohhh man snowman time. Hey don't hate.... we don't ever get much snow, gotta have some fun while it's here, lol

Finished... he was huge!

He was bigger than all the neighbors snowmen.... and several days later still standing tall, whereas the neighbors was slouching down

And that's all I got.... we were bored and had to find something to do, lol. Ended up getting 5 inches of snow between 12:30 and about 6:00 or so, and since it started out all nice and wet, it then got down to about 22 degrees that nice and it was all solid ice in the AM... fun fun fun. Ironically, that was last weekend... this current weekend, saturday was 72 degrees and today (sunday) was 78 degrees, bright and sunny and not a cloud in the sky Freaky weather we have here

Looks like a blast. If you want more snow, come on over.
