hit the dyno today
well went cruising with some buddies up to the surf and turf motorsports open house today and they were running a special for buy 1 get 1 free dyno runs at $50 a pop. needless to say some $25 baselines were too good to pass up
sorry about the crap quality of the video (phone ftl) my bolton D&D is unbelieveably loud from behind lol. cops even rolled through the parking lot to see what all the commotion was about so whats the verdict? 133 whp |

performance wise just the d&d bolton and flapper mod.
heres my buddy's gsx-r 1000 bone stock and came out with 155, just BARELY edging out a lightly modded cbr1000rr for highest hp run of the day. and another friend's cbr 600rr with almost 20,000 miles. still hit 104! Last edited by Dave; 03-29-2008 at 10:16 PM.. |

Thanks for the share dave. Watching those vids made my day. Congrats on the run. And we're going to get up for a ride once I get back and get a bike!

Shit I pulled 135 on my old 9R. Carbs!! Micron slip on and stage 2 jet kit... nothing big...
And what did you expect from a D&D... Damn near spells out LOUD!!! At least for sportbikes... |

I personally hate the sound of D&D... it's loud but it's always on the HIGH end... I like the low RUMBLE... that's why I think when I move up... it'll be to a V-twin... I LOVE that sound...

What year is yours? Is it the middle year... 2004 maybe? That had the tappered roller bearings that caused horrible tank slappin?! |
