I didn't know any network or cable channel even played them any more. Aren't all of MTV's channels airing non-stop "reality" shows?

YES! VH1 occasionally will play music videos...when NO ONE's watching tv (and most of the videos and/or songs are LAME). That's basically it...

MTV tried to start playing videos again and wanted to name it "F'N MTV"

...yeah...EPIC FAIL.
