I have it set to 10 posts a page. Not sure why, but I do.

And that respectable, its the only way to go.

You can always go with the "pearl necklace" for protein on the go.

Sometimes when I don't have time for a meal, I fire up the ol' Magic Bullet and make a shake. I've started adding a scoop of Whey Protein to that shake but I wonder if it's enough.

Anyone?
If you throw some peanut butter in there, it would be more suitable as a meal. The fat will slow the digestion process down and leave you feeling more full. Not to mention the extra calories, as a protein shake alone doesn't have very many (1 scoop is about 100).

yup... But dont make it a substitute too often... Twice a day, tops, out of 6 meals, minimum.

I'm eating 8 meals minimum right now, rarely drink shakes except at night and around workouts. I don't normally do the peanut butter thing myself, because I usually eat whole foods.
