In the video above the photographer had every right to record those cops. But no doubt he was looking for trouble and probably needs an ass stomping once a week that his father (or lack of) deprived him of as a kid.

Now if the woman in the car was holding a camera to the cops face, I'd probably be okay with the cop telling her to put the camera down (not off but down at least). Not really so sure how I feel on that one.

I'm confused on this. Last year I went to Chicago with my GF for New Years and did some video recording and took pictures. Of course I got pictures of other people. Does that mean I have to have permission from all of the people in the pictures if I wanted to post the pictures? Or was that for court purposes only?
