Vietnam sucks, but I'll be back in New York again in a second. My side hurts, who was that? My chiropractor's awesome but what is he talking about? My girlfriend's pretty hot, but this party is freaking me out, my head's all fucked up and she's a little horny. Now my old buddy's are getting a hold of me, we're all whacked out.

He was having flashbacks of Vietnam and hallucinations of it, among other things, brought on by the drug testing that was done on them. And I remember he was seeing a chiro in the movie and his girlfriend was some hot Latina girl (can't remember the actress).
