I carry, and I'd almost rather be confronted by someone with a gun than someone with a knife. Especially if the knife holder is trained.

Yeah their movies would suck and be very short.

I did know a guy from school who was an archer (like semi-pro level) and he shot at someone breaking into his home with a bow. Apparently he nicked something and the arrow went another direction but fucker didn't want shit to do with that. Could you imagine getting shot with a bow then sitting in prison trying to explain you tried to rob Robin Hood.

Those swords look pretty damn sweet.
