Think they can't fix it? I recall that being the first car ever to be driven off the platform after the 35 MPH US crash test.

"Top Gear appearance
Atkinson is known for his love of fast cars. He recently appeared on the British car show Top Gear, where he recorded the fastest lap time in the program's Star in a Reasonably Priced Car segment, The Telegraph reported." Must be an episode I haven't seen yet. I wonder if his time is close to any of the F1 drivers they have on the show. *edit Wow, does he ever... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Top_Gea...bly_Priced_Car Last edited by TYEster; 08-05-2011 at 07:26 PM.. |

The crash is one thing. Though it sounded like he was going pretty fast it may have been repairable. The fire, on the other hand, probably doomed it. Fire tends to love resin.

He may be funny looking, but apparently the guy can drive. Looks like it was damp, and it got away from him. Very true.

Way to go, Mr. Bean.
Bet he'll hunt down one of the other F1s, and make an offer that the owner can't refuse.
