Default help name that dirtbike/scooter

I'm looking for a crossover bike from the 80's/90's, it was a cross between a scooter and a dirt bike. It had the engine arrangement of a scooter (engine as part of the swing arm) but a step over frame. I thought honda made them, but i can't seem to find anything on it.

the bike was real sleek, with a full plastic body, and every one I've seen in person came in red white and blue.
