Riders can start registering at 9:30 a.m., for the bike run at the IV Seasons restaurant and lounge, located at 373 Central St., Lowell. The cost is $20 per rider and $10 per passenger.

The police-escorted bike run will leave from the IV Seasons at 11 a.m. sharp. Riders will have one-hour stops for food at the Lake Lodge in Lunenburg, Johnny's Pub in Hudson, N.H., and Debbie's Lakeview Lounge in Dracut, before returning to the IV Seasons.

The block party will also kick off at 11 a.m., near the Central Street restaurant, and will last well into the night. It is free and open to everyone, including non-riders and children.

It will feature, among other things, a D.J. and raffles with prizes that include a 16-pound lobster, gift certificates from stores and restaurants, gift baskets, and an autographed poster of New England Patriots linebacker Tedy Bruschi.
