I mean seriously.....I see people getting the service plan on something like a a cellphone or mp3 player......Which is a joke IMO because only a year later they're itching to buy a new one anyway.

The key to service plans is to actually use them! (as I type this on the second new laptop that Dell has sent me over my service warranty)! Not to mention that the 46'' in my bedroom was courtesy of a service plan. Not to mention the Samsung Memoir in my pocket...yep courtesy of a service plan. In fact, my Sony digital camera is going to break so I can get the new model that's out or the Samsung with the two screens.

What exactly do you do to your stuff that it breaks so often? I've had the same cellphone for 2.5 years.........The same camera for 4 years........The same laptop for 2 years

With some of the plans it doesn't need to do much to go in. My brother bought one on a laptop and they thing had all kinds of issues. It was fixed 3 times then replaced.

I bought one for my 46" tv but never had to use it. I'm still glad I bought it.

And is it possible for you to make a single post without a smiley? Just curious.

Anyone that I have talked to that have seen two side by side said there is a HUGE difference in the picture. They said its amazing. But to back up what you just said it comes down to the viewer. Shit some people don't even like big screens.

I think it was my boss that said he was blown away by the difference but his wife likes it better before its done.

My my wife doesn't care about HD tv. It drives me nuts if I sit down and she is watching something on reg tv and I know it is playing on HD.

She says she doesn't see the difference in the two. I just pointed it out to her for the 5 time and she said oh ok but I still don't care. I'm not sure this marriage is going to work. LOL.
