So today I decided to break out one of the Sam Adams Double Bock's that I've been aging down in the garage fridge for a few months.
Wow... the flavors have definitely filled out.
The maltyness is still there, but it's now joined by sweet chocolate, raisin, and maybe slightly nutty flavors.
I can't see drinking more than one of these a sitting. There's just too much going on in one glass.
