I talked to the guy last night for about a half an hour, seems legit! Apparently, he's the second owner and bought it for $3200. If she gets this I'll be amazed! Oh and for the record, her deposit is refundable.

Besides, this generation of girls are freaks for the most part. When I grew up, I might have seen a girly mag or two and possibly two porns by 18. These girls have had sex in more ways by 21 than most of us have during an entire lifetime.
