Thanks! Already got the house. Savin for repairs on said house, honeymoon, a car for her (used, cash only), and other things. Good thing my truck and bike are already paid off. Our first order of business after tackling a couple of REALLY needed repairs on the casa is to pay off my debt (she doesn't come with any). Shouldn't take that long to do.

I got a keeper, for realz.
