Well its really hot and the summer, somewhat unbearable in the winter....but that week of spring and fall we get every year are killer!!

No, its a pretty cool town actually. Lots of old west culture, plenty to see and do, and plus I live here...and my place is the shit.

dam thread jacking! came here looking for updates on the car and all I see recently is talk of Texas. take the car to texas when it's done, meanwhile show us progress!!!

Progress awaits better weather, and funds (need to sell my C4). Will post updates when available. The Big block, the trans, and the last load of 'vette parts for #2 get dropped on Thursday (hopefully).

Two large ticket items I consider essential to all these projects on my shopping list I still need to beg, barter, or buy:

1) A Legit lift (2 post asymmetrical, preferred)
2) Decent Tig/Arc/Plasma buzzbox.

the lift..

i want one some day. never saw the need until I went to my buddies place to help him do some work. yeah that was very nice.

My buddy in Michigan bought an old garage/gas station, took the lifts and sold the rest so he really didnt pay anything for them. Built a pole barn with the lifts and a full length pit. Cant wait to use them for the 'Stang and my new toy, a 96 bronco with a 351.
