I feel the same way with too much sleep. Hit it right and you have a great day. Screw it up and your dragging ass all day.

I'd like to see one, but since this is my first post here, my opinion might not be worth much.

Any ideas for lunch. Yesterday I was a big hit at work eating a can of tuna at work on break. Lol. I picked up some oatmeal bars yesterday to snack on during my school day.

I like tuna. Maybe a turkey or chicken sandwhich on whole wheat. I pretty much just eat chicken, eggs, tuna, turkey. Read meat is good, it just costs more and I don't always feel like cooking it.

Buy the water-based stuff, dump it onto a strainer and let it sit for an hour, then wrap it in a couple tortillas with some celery and black pepper.

Another thing is black-eye peas. Makes a good filler and good carbs.

I only get the tuna in water. The other day I had tuna with some mayo and celery. Tortillas are hit or miss. I would have to see if I can find one I like. What's the reason to let it sit in the strainer?

Black eye peas I haven't tried and I'm not sure if I like them. I will have to give them a shot.

It's probably worth more than mine, but I'd like to see a fitness forum as well. Oh yeah....welcome aboard.

Started the 5-3-1 thing and got back into boxing.....thinking about venturing back into the MMA thing with a local gym as well.
