Basically, the cops told him I have at LEAST until the end of the month to get my things out. We took pictures of all my stuff, and the cops said that if he tried to keep me out he would personally come by and break down the door for me to get in.

He was a complete douche, even to the cops.

And as I was leaving gave me a sob story about, "i thought you'd know by now that I wouldn't do anything to hurt you or your things.."

"Yeah, well, I thought you also wouldn't go psycho and call me a whore and throw me on the street. So much for things we know." And I left.

Tomorrow my friend will help me get the rest of my stuff out. And I'll deal with the illegality of the "eviction" as well. If I want to, I can have him and the roomies thrown out and keep the place for myself. Seeing as how it's in MY name.

We'll see if I decide to be the better person or not...

Personally i would through his ass to the streets. if its in your name you have every right to kick him out. and as for the roomies that would really depend on if they were closer to him or you. But all in all sorry to hear about this hope it gets better.
